Cost Transparency

During our first conversation we will inform you of the costs you might expect. There are two basic possibilities:

For a settlement on the basis of the legally regulated charges we will tell you, as far as possible, what costs will arise according to the amount in controversy.

In case you decide on a settlement on the basis of our rate per hour, you will pay for every quarter-hour, i.e. if you have only a few questions you will not have to pay for a full hour.

Speediness

We want to assert your right as fast as possible. As our judiciary is swamped with a multitude of pending lawsuits and a steady increase in the duration of proceedings, solutions can often be achieved faster by extrajudicial proceedings, which we will – in your interest – begin immediately and accomplish as fast as possible. If an agreement is not possible and a judicial proceeding unavoidable, we will also promote your cause steadily and as fast as possible. In any matter we will support you with competent legal advice and assist you in enforcing your claims.

Honesty and Fairness

In many of your affairs we are your competent legal advisor. You can find the main focuses of our work in our fields of activity. In case your problem refers to a field that we are not specialised in, we will inform you and, if possible, name a competent colleague.
